1:   We offer free of charge, component repair or replacement if any component failure or damage happens due to quality or manufacturing fault within the guarantee period of one year, counting from the issuing of the final compliance acceptance.

2:  We offer Lifetime Technical Service.

3:  We promise that during the Guarantee period, technicians will be on-site within 48 hours of being advised of a problem by the customer.

4:  For the sake of optimal operation, we may sign an agreement with clients that agree that we send technicians trained by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision to offer service at those locations. If equipment or components need replacing, we only charge at cost price.
